About WebQR

We build a platform for QR codes, digital menus, short links, and analytics—from launching a single code quickly to scaling campaigns for your team.

Our mission

Our goal is to make working with QR technology simple, reliable, and accessible for companies of any size—from small business to large teams.

We focus on practical value: every code we create should deliver results, not just exist as a technical element.

How WebQR works

You can create a static QR on the public generator without signing up. An account is needed to save codes in the dashboard and to use dynamic QR features.

Choose the model that fits the job:

  • Static QR — the destination is encoded in the image itself (URL, text, Wi-Fi, vCard, and more). Ideal when the content will not change after print.
  • Dynamic QR — the printed code opens a WebQR destination you can update in the dashboard, with scan analytics according to your plan.
  • Short links — short URLs with click analytics, usable on their own or together with a QR code.

Plans and access

WebQR offers four plans: Starter, Premium, Business, and Enterprise. Starter is free forever and includes static and dynamic QR codes with clear quotas for codes, folders, storage, analytics history, monthly dynamic scans, and PNG/JPG downloads.

Paid plans raise those quotas and unlock more capabilities—vector and print formats such as SVG, PDF, and EPS, higher resolutions, longer analytics history, and bulk CSV creation on paid plans, plus WebQR Menu, workspaces, and custom domains from Business.

Current limits and prices are always on the Pricing page and in the FAQ.

Who operates WebQR

WebQR.io is operated by Roman Sadoev as a sole trader.

Terms of use are governed by the laws of Georgia. Privacy and GDPR pages describe how we process personal data. Payments for paid plans are handled by Paddle; invoices are available in the account.

What we're working on now

The platform is actively evolving: we ship updates regularly and focus on new use cases and a better dashboard experience.

  • new dynamic QR types: events, feedback, coupons, and more;
  • WebQR Menu: templates, catalogs, and tools for restaurants and cafés;
  • AI agents inside dynamic QR codes;
  • expanding the blog and help center;
  • new interface languages and platform localization.
