In any event, WebQR.io's liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for use of the Service during the preceding 12 months.

WebQR.io is a technical tool for generating QR codes. We do not monitor or accept responsibility for:
- the content of links and data encoded in QR codes by users;
- the consequences of QR codes being used by third parties;
- the accuracy or legality of data encoded by users into QR codes.
You bear full responsibility for the content of QR codes generated from your account.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. WebQR.io does not control their content, privacy policies, or operation, and accepts no liability for them. Following external links is entirely at your own risk.
7. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on the Service. However, WebQR.io does not guarantee the absence of errors or inaccuracies and reserves the right to correct them at any time. All information is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice.
8. Copyright
All original content on the Service (interface, texts, logos, design) is protected by copyright and belongs to WebQR.io. Copying, distribution, or other use without prior written permission is prohibited.
Content created by users (QR codes and encoded data) remains their intellectual property.
9. Changes to This Document
WebQR.io reserves the right to amend this Disclaimer. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.
10. Governing Law
This document is governed by the laws of Georgia. All disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Georgia.
