Questions about Plans and Pricing

How do I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel at any time without penalties.

  • Instant cancellation — via your account or support
  • Access — until the end of the paid period
  • Auto-renewal — turns off when you cancel

Note:

  • No refund for the unused period
  • After the period ends, premium access ends
  • If you don’t renew your subscription (Premium or Business) within 30 days after the period ends — QR codes, short links and storage that exceed the limit are blocked and deleted after 30 days
  • You can resubscribe anytime
How does renewal work?

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of the paid period (month or year). You can turn off auto-renewal anytime — your current period stays active until it ends.

What happens when switching periods (month ⇄ year)?
  • Yearly → monthly: nothing is charged now. You keep access until the end of the paid year. The first monthly payment is when that year ends. After that, the subscription renews every month.
  • Monthly → yearly: the full yearly amount is charged immediately; the remaining days of the current month are kept. The subscription switches to the yearly plan; the next payment is in one year.
What happens when switching plan categories?
  • Switching to a higher plan (e.g. Premium → Business): you get a discount for the unused days on your current plan; the price on the card is the amount you pay.
  • Switching to a lower plan (e.g. Business → Premium): you pay the full price for the new plan; there is no discount for remaining days. The current subscription is cancelled and the new one starts from the moment you pay.
  • After switching to a lower plan, QR codes, short links, and storage that exceed the new plan's limit will be blocked for 30 days and then deleted.
How do folder limits work? Which plan limits apply?

The number of folders depends on your plan. There is one shared quota for the account owner: it includes QR folders, design folders, and short-link folders in your personal account, plus QR folders and short-link folders in all workspaces you own (active workspaces only) — the same principle as the total QR-code limit.

Maximum folders (total) by plan:

  • Starter — 25
  • Premium — 3,000
  • Business — 3,000

Workspaces (Business): the limit is not per workspace — you cannot get another full allowance in each space. Folders created in a workspace by invited members count against the owner’s quota. Design folders exist only in the personal account but still count toward this same total for the owner.

If you reach the limit, free space by deleting folders you no longer need or upgrade your plan.

How do menu QR, table, and order limits work?

Menu QR is a dynamic QR type with a digital restaurant menu. In the cabinet you create venues (contacts, logo), content sets (categories and dishes), and link them to “Menu” QR codes.

Three account-level limits (total across all menu QRs):

  • Menu QR codes — how many “Menu” codes you can have
  • Venues — restaurant cards in your library
  • Menu content sets — independent catalog sets (one set can be reused in several QRs)

Maximum by plan (menu QR / venues / content):

  • Starter — 1 / 1 / 1
  • Premium — 5 / 3 / 50
  • Business — 20 / 20 / 100
  • Enterprise — 200 / 50 / 200

Tables (Business and Enterprise): the limit is per menu content set, not for the whole account — Business: 20 tables per set; Enterprise: 50. Each set has its own counter. You can generate a QR code for each table to print.

Online orders (Business and Enterprise): guests can place orders from the menu page. Enable them in the content set settings.

  • Business / Enterprise + QR tables: the table number is filled in automatically when the guest scans the table QR — no manual entry.
  • Business / Enterprise (no managed tables): the guest enters the table number manually.

On Premium and below, online orders and cabinet tables are unavailable. If a limit is reached, delete extra items or upgrade your plan.

What is “Uploads to library” and how does it work?

In the QR designer you can add a logo and a loading-screen image (shown while a dynamic QR page opens).

On the Starter plan, uploaded files are tied to that QR only: they are not saved to your personal library and do not appear in a list to reuse in other codes.

On paid plans (Premium, Business, Business), when “Uploads to library” is enabled in settings, files are stored in your library: you see lists of logos and loading images and can pick them again for new codes. The number of items is limited separately for logos and for loading images (limits are shown in settings).

You can turn off saving to the library for each type — then files are only used in the current QR and are not added to your library list.

What is QR landing page search indexing?

By default, dynamic QR pages are not indexed by search engines. On Business and Business you can enable indexing per QR with a landing page — in QR settings under “Settings”.

Limits: indexing is unlimited on Business (you cannot exceed your plan’s dynamic QR limit). Not available on Starter or Premium.

Not indexed: redirect-only types (URL, Instagram), static QR codes, password-protected pages, inactive and paused QR codes.
